Together we Exceed

Our system leaders

Exceed Institute is delighted to have high quality system leaders working to support other schools through the Teaching Schools. System leaders are school leaders who work beyond their own school to provide leadership support (middle and senior) to support school improvement.

Schools commission the support of system leader through Exceed SCITT and Teaching Schools. Please contact us on to arrange an initial meeting to discuss your needs. Please do not contact the system leader directly; they’ll refer you back to Exceed Institute. Details of the daily rates of each system leader and how we deploy them are available here.
